All services are tailored to your home and preferences. Minimum time applies.
2. Bookings
Bookings are currently managed via Instagram DMs, email, or phone.
A walk-through or consultation may be requested before confirming deep cleans or organising jobs.
Spaces are limited and subject to availability.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are stated clearly at time of enquiry or quote.
All pricing is “from” and may vary based on size or condition of the property.
Payment is due on the day of service by cash, bank transfer, or as agreed in advance.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee, especially for long or deep clean bookings.
We understand emergencies happen and will always try to be flexible.
5. Client Responsibilities
Ensure safe access to the property at the agreed time.
Let us know about pets, alarms, or any hazards.
Valuables should be safely stored away.
Clear instructions help us deliver the best service possible.
6. Insurance & Liability
FreshNest by Julia is fully insured.
While we take great care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear.
Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of the service.
7. Right to Refuse Work
We reserve the right to decline or stop work in cases of unsafe environments, abusive behaviour, or unreasonable demands.
8. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be
available on our website.
